Season the fillets with salt and garlic and fry them in butter. Reserve
In the same pan, sauté the onion and add the white sauce
Meanwhile, fry the bacon slices
Then arrange the fillets in a dish to be served and drizzle the white sauce over them
Arrange a slice of fried bacon on top of each of the fillets.
