Soak the bread slices in milk, then dip them in the egg mixture and drain well
Heat a large frying pan over medium heat with oil
Fry the bread slices in batches until golden brown on both sides
Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels
In a bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon
Add the fried bread slices to this mixture
Arrange the banana pudding in a serving dish
Drizzle with Port wine.
