Melt the butter
Combine the grated mascarpone and tamper it
Cook over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mascarpones are almost creamy
Add the flour, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice
Cook, stirring a few more minutes
Filling pancakes, let them become golden brown
Dust with sugar and cinnamon
Serve.
