2 cups of red wine
2 cups of orange juice
1/2 cup of sugar
6 passionfruit cut into small pieces
3 small mangoes, peeled and cut into cubes
2 pears, peeled and cut into cubes
2 unflavored gelatin envelopes

Soften the gelatin in 1/4 cup of orange juice
Strain the remaining juice well and mix with the gelatin
Heat until the gelatin dissolves
Remove from heat, pour into a bowl, add the wine and sugar
Place the bowl over an ice bath
Stir until it starts to thicken
Add the fruits and place in a 20 cm diameter mold and 7.5 cm high
Refrigerate until set
Unmold and serve
Garnish to taste
