1/2 kg of finely ground pecans or blended in a liquidizer
1/2 kg of confectioner's sugar sifted
2 whole eggs
almond extract or vanilla

Mix the pecans with the confectioner's sugar
Add the remaining ingredients and knead well until you get a smooth dough that releases from your hands
Shape into 100 balls of 3.5 cm
Note: if desired, add chopped damson or candied fruit.
