4 cups of toasted bread cubes
1 cup of orange zest
2 small, seedless mandarin oranges, peeled and chopped (1 cup)
1/2 cup of white raisins
1/2 cup of pili nuts, chopped
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
a few drops of hot pepper sauce
4 cups of toasted bread cubes
1 cup of orange zest

Place in a moist mold with water and refrigerate until firm
Unmold to serve.
