1/4 cup of coarsely chopped nuts (40g)
1/4 cup of olive oil (60ml)
1/4 cup of water (60ml)

2 soup spoons of vinegar

In a medium saucepan, over high heat, sauté the spinach, onion, and nuts in olive oil, stirring occasionally, until the spinach is tender (3 minutes)
In a small bowl, mix together the water with the remaining ingredients
Add to the spinach mixture, reduce the heat, and cook, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened (4 minutes)
Transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately
