1/2 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup of chopped salted fish
1 tablespoon of thyme
1 tablespoon of hot pepper flakes
500g of clean tuna in chunks
500g of limpet shells
500g of cod fillets
500g of mussels
300g of cleaned squid in chunks
300g of medium-sized shrimp
4 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 medium-sized onions, chopped
2 bay leaves
1 clean lobster, cut into chunks
Salt and black pepper to taste

1 Season the cod and tuna with salt and black pepper
Heat a large skillet with olive oil and sauté the lobster
Remove the lobster from the skillet and reserve
Fry the tuna, cod, and squid in the same skillet
2 Add the shrimp and limpet shells to the skillet in batches, frying for a few minutes each
Remove them from the skillet and reserve
Add the garlic, tomatoes, onions, salted fish, hot pepper flakes, thyme, and bay leaves to the skillet and sauté well
3 Return the seafood to the skillet and cook until the mussels open and the liquid has almost evaporated
Remove from heat and serve immediately.
