Season the fish fillets with salt and white pepper
Leave to rest for three hours in the refrigerator
Pour the butter onto a plate
and add the chopped dill
Mix well with a fork and reserve
Open four sheets of parchment paper
Generously grease them with the prepared butter
Place the fish fillets on the sheets of parchment paper and spread the remaining prepared butter over them
Closely fold the sheets like an envelope and bake in the oven at medium temperature for 15 to 20 minutes.
