4 cups, each 200g, of low-fat natural yogurt, chilled
1/2 cup of orange juice
2 packets of artificial sweetener or 1/2 teaspoon of liquid sweetener
1 tablespoon of grated orange zest
fresh mint sprigs for garnish

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend very well
Pour into tall glasses and garnish with a fresh mint sprig
