Half cup of lime juice
1 and 3/4 cups of cold water
5 tablespoons (of soup) of sugar
One ripe papaya, peeled and cut into chunks (450g)
4 sprigs of parsley for garnish

In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend well
Strain through a sieve if the papaya is too fibrous
Refrigerate for 30 minutes
Serve in 4 glasses and garnish with parsley or a slice of papaya
