In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat
Add the peas and onions and sautΓ© until the onions are soft

Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes
Add the pine nuts or almonds and season with salt, black pepper, and nutmeg
Mix well and serve immediately.
