In a large pot, combine the boiling water and salt
Cook the pasta until al dente
Drain and place in a refrigerated serving dish
Cover with the tomato sauce and mix well
Dust with ricotta cheese
Place in a hot oven (200°C), preheated, for 15 minutes or until bubbly
Remove from the oven and serve.
