Preheat the oven to 250°C (very hot)
Grease a baking dish with butter. Reserve
Make the dough: In a mixer, beat the egg whites until frothy
Add the sugar and flour gradually, beating well
Add the yolks one at a time, beating until smooth
Sift the flour with yeast and mix gently with a spoon
Add vanilla extract and mix
Transfer to the prepared baking dish and bake in the preheated oven until golden brown (about 15 minutes)
Make the filling: Blend heavy cream with blackberry at high speed until thick and creamy
Unmold the dough onto a floured surface, spread the filling on top, and roll up using the cloth
Transfer to a serving dish and serve
