1 ripe mango (1 kg) without pit and seeds, diced
1/3 cup of all-purpose flour
1/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted
4 whole eggs
2 egg yolks

Fry the water with the mango until a thick syrup forms
Add the mango and cook for 5 minutes
Remove the fruit and puree it in a blender
Reduce the syrup to the desired consistency
Let it cool down
Mix together the flour, butter, and mango puree
Add the syrup
Combine the eggs and yolks, one at a time
Bake the oven to medium temperature
Mix the batter well, sift it through a sieve, and pour it into the muffin liners greased with butter
Bake for 20 minutes.
