In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and butter until smooth
Beat in the egg
Work the dough at room temperature until it becomes homogeneous
Roll out the dough to fit the bottom and sides of a 24cm diameter cake pan
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25 minutes or until golden brown
Let cool completely
Filling
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and mix gently with the heavy cream and Nutella
Let it cool thoroughly, then beat in a blender until smooth and creamy
Fill the cake
Slice the strawberries into thin pieces and decorate the cake.
