In a water bath, melt the chocolate, mix in the cream and Nutella
Cut the chocotone into slices and soak them in milk
Line with plastic film the bottom and sides of a rectangular shape
Alternate layers of chocotone and chocolate creme
Decorate with chocolate chips.
