Whisk together the flour and baking powder
Set aside
Beat the egg yolks with the water until they increase in volume
Add the Parmesan cheese and beat
Remove from mixer and mix in the flour
Place the egg whites in a snow-covered bowl and mix slowly
Pour into a greased and floured mold and bake until golden brown.
