1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 cup of rolled oats
1 cup of wheat flour
1 cup of dark chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg (optional)
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
4 whole eggs
1/2 cup of unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup of milk
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 cup of all-purpose flour

Mix the flour, oats, wheat flour, chocolate, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Reserve
In a mixer, beat the eggs and butter until light and fluffy
Add the milk and beat for an additional minute
Gradually add the dry ingredients that were reserved
Finally, add the baking powder
Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan
Bake in a medium oven for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Let it cool, then unmold and serve with a cup of coffee or tea.
