In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the strawberries and mix vigorously until a smooth batter forms
Juncture the fruit and mix delicately

Place one-quarter of that batter in a flat plate and microwave it at high power for 2 minutes

Remove the pancake from the plate, reserve it in a container and repeat the process until all the batter is used up
