Filling:
2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 cup of shredded coconut
1/2 cup of ground walnuts
Dough:
6 eggs
3/4 cup of sugar
3/4 cup of all-purpose flour
1/4 cup of cold water
6 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
a few drops of vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Filling:

To make the filling, line a plate with aluminum foil
Grease it with 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
Cover it with the following filling: mix sweetened condensed milk with vanilla extract and spread over the plate
Sprinkle with shredded coconut and then with ground walnuts
For the dough: beat egg whites with sugar in a mixer until light and fluffy
Add the cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and baking powder
Combine the flour and water
Fold in the egg yolks
Place this mixture over the filling
Bake in a hot oven (350°F) for 15 to 20 minutes
Gently press down on the dough with your finger; if it doesn't leave an imprint, it's done
Dust with confectioner's sugar
Remove the roll from the oven and turn it over onto a plate
Remove the foil and wrap with a towel
Let cool and top with whipped cream
Serve chilled.
