For the dough
4 eggs
4 tablespoons of wheat flour
Margarine and wheat flour for greasing and dusting the mold
1/2 cup of water
1 envelope of baking powder
For the filling
2 cups of skimmed milk
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
3 tablespoons of soluble coffee
1 tablespoon of margarine
14 envelopes of baking powder

For the dough
In a mixer, beat the whites until stiff and add the yolks one by one
Stop beating and incorporate the wheat flour delicately
Place in a large rectangular mold, previously greased and dusted
Put in the oven preheated to moderate heat (180°C) for approximately 10 minutes
For the filling
Heat a saucepan over medium heat with the milk, yolks, cornstarch, coffee, and margarine, stirring until thickened
Remove from heat, add baking powder, and beat vigorously until smooth
Assembly
Unmold the dough onto a clean cloth and dampen the dough with the water mixed with baking powder
Fill, roll, and serve.
