1/2 kg of ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
Salt to taste
2 eggs
1 package of onion cream
100 g of bacon, diced
1 cup (chay) of olives
1 glass of palm tree, diced
300 g of mozzarella cheese, sliced
300 g of prosciutto, sliced
1/2 kg of ground beef

In a bowl, pour the ground beef and season with onion, garlic, and salt
Then, mix in the eggs, onion cream, and bacon
Place the ground beef on a plastic wrap and open it up with your fingers
Spread the olives and palm tree on top and cover with mozzarella cheese and prosciutto
Roll it like a Rocambole and place it in a greased baking dish
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes
Remove the foil and let it brown.
