1 can of canned cured meat or prosciutto, cut into cubes
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 can of tomato puree or tomato sauce
to taste: black pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
3 slightly beaten eggs
1 can of canned cured meat or prosciutto, cut into cubes

Fry the canned cured meat (or prosciutto) in butter for a few minutes and add the tomato puree, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and cheese
Cook until the mixture is slightly dry
Add the eggs and stir constantly until they are cooked through
Serve on toasted bread
