1 cup of boiling water
1/2 cup of uncooked rice
1/2 teaspoon of salt
chopped parsley
1 cup of boiling water

Preheat the oven to a hot temperature (400°F)
Mix together the water, rice, and salt in a baking dish
Cover or seal well
Bake until the liquid has been absorbed and the rice is tender (about 20-25 minutes)
Just before serving, sprinkle with parsley
Serve with 1 1/2 cups of cooked rice.
