3 eggs
400g fresh ricotta cheese
1/4 cup unsalted butter or margarine, melted
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
salt to taste
1/2 cup milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup crispy smoked bacon or prosciutto, chopped

Grease a 20cm round cake pan
Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (180°C)
In a bowl, beat the eggs, add ricotta and butter, and mix until smooth
In another bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt
Add to the egg mixture and mix well
Add milk and mix until combined
Spread evenly into the prepared pan
Sprinkle with grated cheese and crispy bacon or prosciutto
Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until firm in the center
Cut into 12-15 slices and serve warm
