1 1/2 pounds beef, cut into strips
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon grated ginger
3/4 cup peanut oil
2 small tomatoes, diced
2 green peppers, sliced thin
2 onions, chopped
1 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 tablespoons sherry wine

Mix the flour and water to form a smooth paste
Add this mixture to the beef strips, garlic, and ginger
Heat the peanut oil in a pan and add the meat mixture
Cook for 5 minutes over high heat, stirring constantly
Remove the meat but leave the oil in the pan
Reduce the heat and add the tomatoes, peppers, and onions
Cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently
Don't cook too long, as the vegetables should be slightly tender
Add the remaining ingredients and cook for 3 minutes
Add the meat and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring constantly
Serve immediately with white rice.
