Preheat the oven to 350°F (medium)
Grease a 23 cm x 35 cm baking dish with butter. Reserve
In a large bowl, lightly beat the egg yolks and eggs with a hand mixer or whisk until well incorporated, without deflating too much
Add the melted butter, flour, and grated King's Cheese, beating until the flour is fully dissolved (about 2 minutes)
Spoon the mixture into the reserved baking dish
Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of the dough comes out clean (about 40 minutes)
Allow to cool and invert onto parchment paper sprinkled with flour
Roll up along the longest side, like a rocambole
Cut into slices and serve at room temperature
