Melt the butter and beat well with the sugar
Add the beaten egg, milk, and chocolate
Mix thoroughly
Sift in dry ingredients and add
Refrigerate until well chilled
Remove a small amount at a time from the refrigerator and roll out the dough thinly
Cut into 5cm diameter rolls
Achieves a hard cookie that keeps well for 11 days.
