12 thin slices of tender beef
2 crushed garlic cloves
1/2 cup white wine
12 strips of bacon
1 green pepper cut into 12 thin strips
2 yellow zucchini cut into 12 thin strips
1 red bell pepper cut into 12 thin strips
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
Salt and black pepper to taste

Marinate the beef slices with garlic, salt, black pepper, and white wine
Let it rest for 30 minutes
Allow the beef to rest and reserve the marinade
Pile each slice of beef with bacon, green pepper, red bell pepper, and yellow zucchini
Roll up each slice and tie with kitchen twine
Arrange the rolls side by side in a large skillet
Pour the reserved marinade over the rolls and bring to a simmer
When the liquid is boiling, add the tomato sauce and cook for 40 minutes.
