2 chicken breasts cut into thin strips
50g of cured ham in thin slices
1 lightly beaten egg
Seasoned Salt
1/2 cup of biscuit crumbs

50g of cured ham in thin slices

1/2 cup of biscuit crumbs
Place a piece of ham on each strip of chicken
Roll tightly
Dip the strips in the egg, seasoned with salt, and then in the biscuit crumbs
Fry the roulades in batches until golden brown
Remove from the fryer and let drain on paper towels
Serves 4
Note: Serve with lettuce salad with chopped scallions.
