1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
4 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
1/2 cup of water

Melt the butter together with the sugar until it's golden brown
Add the mashed potato and mix well
Add the cinnamon, cornstarch, and water
Cook while stirring, over low heat, until thickened
Remove from heat and let cool
Place the filling in the center of the pie dough pieces
Drape the two ends to the middle, overlapping them
Mop the edges and seal well
Heat the oil and fry two at a time
Dust with sugar
Make 20 rolls.
