3 tablespoons of olive oil

1 cup of breadcrumbs
1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
450g cod fillets (6 fillets) seasoned with salt to taste
1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the garlic until it starts to brown
Add the breadcrumbs and parsley
Mix well
Remove from heat and reserve
Season the cod fillets with salt to taste and lemon juice
Spread a portion of that mixture over each fillet and gently press down
Roll up and place them side by side in a refractory mold
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes or until the fish is cooked
Serve shortly after, and if desired, cover with tomato sauce
Serve 6 rolls.
