To make: dissolve the yeast in the warm milk and add 1 tablespoon of flour, until a smooth batter forms
Let it rise in a bowl until it overflows
In another container, mix together the butter and remaining ingredients from the dough, beating the egg whites with confectioner's sugar first
Add the yeast mixture
Knead well until it becomes sticky
Let it rise for about 1 hour and a half
Once risen, divide into 3 equal parts
Roll out each part to a thickness of 1/2 cm
Brush with melted butter
Mix together the coconut, sweetened condensed milk, sugar, egg whites, and butter
Cook over low heat until it detaches from the sides of the pan
Spread the mixture over the dough
Sprinkle with fruit
Roll up like a croissant
Cut to a width of 3 fingers
Place the pieces in a round mold, alternating between upright and laid-down pieces
Let it rise again for about 1/2 hour
Bake in a hot oven
Mix together the glaze ingredients and spread over the still-warm ring.
