10 to 12 fried pancakes
For the filling
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups ground nuts
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup raisins without seeds
1 tablespoon orange zest
1 tablespoon rum
For the sauce
120g semi-sweet chocolate
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
2 eggs
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon rum
10 to 12 fried pancakes

Make the pancakes and reserve
For the filling, heat the milk in a pan, add the nuts, sugar, raisins, and orange zest
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, for 15 to 20 minutes
Add the rum
Spread the filling over the pancakes
Roll up without squeezing, and keep the pancakes warm
For the sauce, melt the semi-sweet chocolate with sugar and cocoa powder over low heat
Beat the eggs with flour and milk
Heat while stirring, without boiling
Add the rum
Drip the sauce over the filled and warm pancakes and serve
Serve 10 to 12 pancakes.
