Beat the egg yolks with the softened butter in a mixer until they form a smooth and creamy mixture
Juxtapose the honey and milk, then continue beating until well combined

Preheat the oven to medium temperature

In another bowl, sift together three cups of flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and ground cinnamon
Gradually add this dry mixture to the egg yolk mixture, alternating with water, until smooth
Add the raisins to the remaining flour and join them to the batter
Mix carefully

Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form
Add them to the batter and mix delicately until well combined

Pour the batter into a greased 27x40 cm cake pan and bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean

Just before serving, cut the cake into slices and drizzle with honey.
