4 cups of crushed corn flakes (challah) for flocos de milho (corn flakes)
3 tablespoons of butter, softened
1 can of sweetened condensed milk (395 g)
1 can of heavy cream
1/2 envelope of unflavored gelatin (6 g)
2 tablespoons of water
Crushed corn flakes for decoration
4 cups of crushed corn flakes (challah) for flocos de milho (corn flakes)

1 Preheat the oven to 220°C
In a food processor, process the corn flakes coarsely
2 Mix the softened butter until it forms a crumbly mixture
Use the crumbly mixture to line the bottom and sides of a 22 cm diameter round cake pan
Bake for 10 minutes
3 Beat the sweetened condensed milk until smooth
Add the heavy cream
4 Dissolve the gelatin in water and melt it over low heat
Combine with the creamy mixture and pour over the cold dough
5 Refrigerate until firm
Decorate with crushed corn flakes.
