Add the condensed milk and milk and mix until smooth
Transfer to another bowl passing through a fine-mesh sieve. Reserve
Prepare six small cups or ramekins with capacity for 1/2 cup (120 ml) each
Spread 2 tablespoons of caramel at the bottom of each cup
Distribute the reserved mixture among them and place on the edge of a microwave-safe plate, leaving the center free
Cook on medium power until slightly firm (about 10 minutes)
