In a blender, beat the eggs, milk, and 1 1/2 cups of sugar
Stop the blender and mix in the coconut and chocolate delicately
Assembly
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Slice the bananas thinly
Use the remaining sugar to caramelize a 32cm pan with a hole in the center
Layer a piece of banana and a layer of the blender mixture, alternating until all ingredients are used up
Put it in the oven and bake in a water bath for 50 minutes.
