1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 can of whole milk
1 cup of honey
2 eggs
3 cups of all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons of brewed coffee powder
1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons of baking soda
1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast

Whisk everything together in a blender, and finally add the baking soda and yeast
Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes
While the cake is baking, prepare the ganache glaze: melt 200g of dark chocolate with 70% cocoa content over low heat, then whisk in 100g of milk chocolate and 250g of heavy cream
Once the cake has cooled, cover it with the ganache glaze.
