Dough:
1 cup of water
100g unsalted butter ,
1 pinch of salt
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
4 large eggs.
Filling:
100ml chocolate ice cream,
100ml vanilla ice cream,
100ml raspberry ice cream.
Coating:
200g dark chocolate,
100ml heavy cream
Dough:
1 cup of water

200g dark chocolate,
100ml heavy cream
Dough:
Bring the water, butter, and salt to a boil in a saucepan
Add the flour and mix with a wooden spoon until a ball forms
Remove from heat and let cool
Add eggs one at a time, beating slowly
Place the dough in a piping bag and pipe into cream puffs on an ungreased baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 30 minutes
Coating:
Grate the chocolate and whisk together with heavy cream
Melt over low heat
Assembly:
Let the ice creams soften, place the flavors into three piping bags fitted with large tips and fill the cream puffs
Chill in the freezer
Drizzle with warm chocolate sauce.
