Biscuit dough
500 g of wheat flour
150 g of hydrogenated fat
150 g of butter
3 egg yolks
1 tablespoon of salt
1/2 cup of cold water
Filling
1 package of confectioner's cream (available at supermarkets)
100 g of white chocolate
1/4 cup of chopped strawberries
1/4 cup of blueberries
1/4 cup of raspberries
1/4 cup of blackberries

Dough: Make a mound with the flour and create a hole in the center
Add the fat and butter in pieces, along with the egg yolks and salt
Mix well with your hands and add the water gradually
Let it rest for 15 minutes
Bake in a medium oven until lightly golden
Let it cool
Filling: Prepare the cream according to the manufacturer's instructions
Let it cool
Melt the chocolate and brush it over the cooled dough
Spread the cream and distribute the mixed fruit, being careful not to crush them
Serve immediately in 4 hours.
