2 ripe bananas

Mash the bananas with a fork
Combine soy flour and all-purpose flour gradually, mixing well
Add confectioners' sugar and unsalted butter, mixing more
Add yeast and salt, stirring until a homogeneous mass forms
Shape this dough into ten fritters and reserve
Heat oil in a frying pan
Fry the fritters gradually, until golden brown on both sides
Remove from the pan with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels
Mix cinnamon with remaining confectioners' sugar and sprinkle over still-warm fritters
Serve immediately.
