Dough: Mix the yeast with the sugar

Add the remaining ingredients, except flour

Gradually add the flour

Filling: Arrange candied fruits, raisins, and cherries on a surface and roll out the dough to form a ball
Let it rise for half an hour
Let it double in size

Shape two rosettes in two forms and let it rise again

Brush the rosettes with egg yolk and bake in the oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown
