Preheat the oven to 350°F
In a blender, beat the eggs, milk, sweetened condensed milk, cornstarch, butter, flour, cornmeal, and active dry yeast
Grease a 9-inch round cake pan with butter
Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan and top with chocolate chips
Cover with the remaining batter and bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown
Let cool before flipping onto a plate.
