Directions

In a round 20cm-diameter pan, place the mixture, cinnamon and mix well

Add the eggs and banana

Mix with a spatula, scraping the sides of the pan

Bake in a moderate preheated oven (180°C) for about 30 minutes or until, inserting a toothpick in the middle, it comes out clean

Let it cool down inside the same pan

If desired, decorate with banana slices
