1 Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) for 35 minutes
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler
In a stand mixer, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy
Add the melted chocolate and butter mixture, then gradually add the flour and yeast, sifted
2 Place the brownie mix in the prepared baking dish and bake for 35 minutes
Remove from the oven, let cool, and cut into two layers
Place one layer in the same baking dish and top with vanilla ice cream
Bake until frozen
3 Remove from the freezer and top with strawberry ice cream
Bake until frozen again
Remove from the freezer, place the second brownie layer on top, and cut into squares rapidly
4 Wrap individually in plastic wrap and store in the freezer until ready to serve.
