Half a kilogram of boneless chicken breast
One liter of beef broth or more if needed
150 grams of pickled cucumber
5 tomatoes, peeled and seeded
One cup of white pickled onion
For seasoning
Four tablespoons of olive oil
One to two tablespoons of vinegar
Salt and black pepper to taste
Two tablespoons of mayonnaise
One-quarter cup of yogurt
One to two tablespoons of hot sauce
One tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
One tablespoon of chopped green onion

Cook the chicken in a boiling broth, covered, until it's tender
If needed, add more broth
Remove the chicken from the pot, let it cool and cut into strips
Mix with diced pickled cucumber, chopped tomato, and white pickled onion
Mix all seasoning ingredients
Check the flavor and season if desired
Mix everything and serve cold
Cut into 4 portions.
