Wash spinach leaves and line four plates with them
Thoroughly wash the cucumber and slice it into fine strips, including the peel
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into four parts
Arrange the tomatoes, cucumber, and shrimp over the prepared plates
Chop the onion into small pieces and sprinkle them over the tomatoes
Prepare a seasoning with vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic (a pinch), and olive oil, and drizzle a little on each plate
Before serving, garnish as desired with dill or parsley
Serve with toasted bread and butter
