Sweet Potato, Carrot, and Green Bean Salad

    Cooked sweet potatoes, cut into wedges, arranged on a plate. Place carrot (also cut into wedges) around the sweet potatoes. And, as if it weren't enough, place green beans around the carrots. Strain a hard-boiled egg and mix in finely chopped garlic, black pepper, olive oil, vinegar, and salt. Beat this dressing slightly and cover the vegetables with it. Garnish with olives.
